A full house re-furb, involving a garage conversion to a large utility and making my existing kitchen, dining room and utility into one large kitchen-diner.  I spent months talking to kitchen suppliers. In every case the utility felt like an after-thought to which they paid little attention.  Ian is the only designer who took the time to really understand how I live, what I want from the design and that the utility design was key to freeing the right space for a more wow-factor kitchen.  He has been innovative, patient, hugely supportive, always quick to respond and has worked with me to revise the design until it was perfect.
